What you collect.

Name, email address, and account information submitted through forms, checkout, support, or waitlists.
Technical information relevant to software licensing, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Basic usage information from this website, such as which pages were visited.

We collect only what is needed to deliver access, answer support requests, and keep licences working. None of it is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Details

How it is used.

To deliver software access, onboarding, updates, and support.
To communicate product announcements, billing updates, and launch information.
To protect the platform against abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or licensing violations.

Licence and billing emails are part of the product and cannot be switched off while a subscription is active. Everything else is optional and carries an unsubscribe link. To see a copy of your data or have it deleted, email obsidianflow.support@gmail.com.

Four services touch your data: Stripe handles payments and card details, which never reach us. Supabase stores your account, licence and device records. Resend delivers email. Cloudflare serves this site. Questions about any of them — obsidianflow.support@gmail.com.
